Halloween at Tivoli

Here I am again. It's nice to step into the blogsphere again after not doing so for 10 days. Had been doing a bit of travelling and left my laptop in the office =p

I have never celebrated Halloween and thought it would be good to have a feel of it. Tivoli is an amusement park which no one should miss when visiting Copenhagen. According to some sources, Tivoli inspired Walt Disney to develop Disneyland and it's one of the most popular amusement parks in the world. (Disclaimer : Not sure the reliability of the source.)

If you are a person who likes excitements, Tivoli is the place you should go. The rides are so freaking scary, or maybe I am timid. Well, I had a ride which brought me 360 degrees of turning at Sunway Lagoon but thinking back, I don't think I shall have the courage to do that again =X If you entering Tivoli with no interest of rides, it's DKK85 per person and if you are in to take the challenges of rides, it's DKK 285 per person. I could not recall the price for children though. You may check out at www.tivoli.dk if you are interested or just Google "Tivoli" and I believe you would be able to obtain loads of results ;)

The decorations are impressive. Real pumpkins are used. They must have bought all the pumpkins from the market.LOL.

I know I have been using lots of words to paint pictures in your head and photos would definitely be a better option. However, I am sorry that the photos are still in my camera. I didn't bring my data cable for transfer and my camera was out of memory while I was happily capturing photos! In the end, I recorded videos and snapped photos using my camera phone. The quality may not be as good but at least there are some memories salvaged. Ha, what a way to console myself, you must be thinking huh?

Anyway, photos shall be up once I am back. Have another 2 weeks before I reach Malaysia.

Apart from Tivoli, my colleague and I went to see the Rosenborg Castle and musuem. Wait till you see the jewelleries and treasures owned by the royal family, you would have no idea how my jaw dropped to my knees in awe. I didn't take photos of ALL the treasures but enough to make you fascinate a little ;-)

All right, got to go now.
