Life @ Copenhagen III

Saturday was a beautiful day! It was sunny and it wasn't as windy as last week. Hence, it was a perfect day to take a stroll and to capture the short moments of spring.

It was a disappointment last week that a Sakura Festival was celebrated without Sakura =.= Thinking that it would bloom this week, my friends and I planned to pay another visit to Langelinie park only to be disappointed once again. This time, we could see little brown-pinkish bulbs on the tree but Sakura still hadn't bloomed just yet.

We took pictures of the beautiful day instead :)
Mr. Sun casting its glow and beauty on the waters and greeneries, lighting up the place further.
Tina posing against the wind.
My turn :p Just love the colour of the sea behind me. It was exceptionally blue on Saturday :D Maybe, it was just me. LOL.
See what I meant? Anyway, there was some improvement (very little) compared to the previous Saturday.
"Tina, strike a pose here", I called out to Tina, imagining the Sakura indeed bloomed. It would have been a beautiful scene - beauty & Sakura ;)

Nice shot, eh? ;)
If these were tulips, it would have been even more captivating.
Apparently, there's a story behind this fountain and statue. Anyway, let's take a few snaps first. Story comes later :p
Yeah, another one :D
Taking shots from different angles.
Love this piece ;)
If the tree was slanted with a larger degree, it would have been perfect to lie down and watch the sun ;)
After a day out under the sun, walking and posing for shots, it was time to satiate our growling tummies. As we didn't get to try the Korean restaurant last week, we decided to dine in this time. It was a quaint restaurant, cosily decorated, which was ran by a Korean family. Like any other Danish restaurants, it was small but the ambience was just nice.
Tea to quench thirst.
While waiting for the courses in the set meal to be served, I camwhored. Be it object or human, they were not to be missed! Hahaha.
Cheese....Tina & I.
Aha....the cold dish. Bean sprouts, carrots and spinach in sesame oil and sesame. Yummy!
Tina posing with the tea cup. Me, getting ready to dig in!
Bean sprout soup.
Salad and Kimchi.
The kimchi was delicious but came in small portion. Luckily, it's refillable ;)
BBQ meat set. It came with a mixture of pork, chicken, beef and organs from the cow. As I don't eat beef, I requested for pork and chicken only. The BBQ set dinner costed 185DKK. However, I didn't take beef, I was being charged 170DKK instead ;)
Tina really enjoyed cooking. She was barbequing for everyone. Thanks Tina!
Haha, dessert time! We were really stuffed but we could not say no to dessert ;)
Fruits with ice cream and wafer. Nice combination!
Yippie! One shot before devouring them! Here you go, the shop's name is O Mo Nim. I shall definitely come by again. The service provided was good. It's a pity that they didn't serve Dukbokki. I was actually craving for it.
