Firstly, thanks to Krissu Fashion for allowing me to use her photos to illustrate my views in this post. If you are a slave to fashion, trust you are well aware that mini skirts are a hit now. Mini skirts are excellent to hide the weaknesses of petites - especially the not-so-tall petites. However, mini skirts compliment slim and tall petites by accentuating their strengths - sexy legs.These mini skirts are suitable for casual wear and able to create a sporty look if match with baby-tees.
Apart from mini skirts, there's a trend and favouritism for dresses like the below. It will also look good if match with a 3/4 cotton stretchable pants.

The above is suitable for dinner gatherings. For work, you may opt to do away the sterotype collared long sleeve blouses. A long knitted top with a decent skirt would give you a girly appeal and you certainly need not worry you look informal. A cardigan or a blazer shall be an excellent choice to mix and match in case you need to meet clients or go for meetings. Some accessories around the neck would add some elegance and suits petites with small frames. However, careful not to choose accessories that are too large in size. It would then make you look even smaller.
If you are going out on an all girls outing, try the pink blouse. It looks good with mini skirts, jeans and 3/4 pants.
